The day the war ends, I’ll go to the Maidan (Independence Square) and raise a glass in honor of our victory… and in honor of all our brave brothers and sisters that gave their lives to achieve it.
What brings us closer to that victory is the faith and actions of every Ukrainian citizen, every single day. Everyone has their part to play.
The Ukraine that I see in the future is a free and independent country with a strong economy. An integral member of the European family.
I think that, after the war, we should put our efforts into developing our IT, agricultural, tourism and defense industries. A vital part of Ukraine’s renewal should also be the focus on educational projects. Education is the backbone of a strong country.
There’s an important nuance here though: even now, we do not let the war stop us from working towards our goals. We have perseverance and determination, regardless of the circumstances. It’s a Ukrainian national feature. The war impacts us, sure. But nothing can stop us from living and dreaming.
When Ukraine wins, when all of us achieve victory, our band will go on tour across the country and perform at all the big stadiums. We’ll bring music to a renewed Ukraine.
